September 23, Narmin Huseynzada, the Executive director of EPSAYA public union has already come back to Azerbaijan from the State of Arizona, US as a community leader of “The Youth Leadership Program with Azerbaijan (YLP)”. During the short-term cultural and educational exchange program they have discussed relationships between US and Azerbaijani students, educators, and communities from differing ethnic, religious, and social groups and strengthening ties between the two countries. They have also got a lot of information about entrepreneurship issues, indigenous communities, human rights issues, and critical thinking skills, and undertaken an engagement to continue the exchange experience once participants return home including together work to develop plans for their follow-on projects. It should be noted that Narmin Huseynzada was one of the community leader of the program according to the 17 Azerbaijani participants aged 15-17 and the program was conducted by the Bureau of Educational and Cultural Affairs of the US.
