EPSAYA public union has started implementation of a new project in the name of “Enlightenment of youth on the topic of human rights and promotion of national-moral values among them” in Lankaran. The project will cover the dates of September 01 – December 01, 2019. The project carried out with financial support of the Youth Foundation of the Azerbaijan Republic. The amount of the project is 7500 manat. The project’s goal is to organize enlightenment and awareness of youth from national minorities, small nations and ethnic groups living in Azerbaijan in the field of promotion of human rights and national-moral values on a country scale, to get closely acquainted with their lifestyle, language, religion, traditions, culture centers, media and internet resources, to explore and promote the model of multiculturalism and tolerance in our republic. Within the project 25 young people between the ages of 18-35 being representatives of different ethnic groups (representatives of minority peoples) will be selected all over the republic and 3-day theoretical-practical conference (panel discussions and infotours) will be organized for them in Lankaran, as well as in Astara and Lerik on October 18-20. Young people who want to participate in the project can apply to the organization with the relevant application until September 30, 2019, 24.00.
