EPSAYA public union has started implementation of a new project in the name of “Organizing of measures on the topic of “National Minorities in Azerbaijan: Intercultural Dialogue”” in Lankaran. The project will cover the dates of May 10 – August 10, 2019. The project carried out with financial support of the Council of State Support to Non-Governmental Organizations under the President of the Azerbaijan Republic. The amount of the project is 6000 AZN. The project’s goal is getting acquainted with the national minorities living in Azerbaijan and their lifestyle, as well as their language, religion, traditions, culture centers, media and internet resources, to explore and promote the multiculturalism and tolerance model in the country. Within the project 25 young people between the ages of 18-35 being representatives of different ethnic groups (representatives of minority peoples) will be selected all over the republic and 3-day theoretical-practical conference (panel discussions and infotours) will be organized for them in Lankaran, as well as in Astara and Lerik on June 28-30. Young people who want to participate in the project can apply to the organization with the relevant application until June 16, 2019, 24.00.
